Cabin Home Plans
Woodhouse’s Timber Frame Cabin Series combines the homespun warmth you love about a traditional log cabin with the elegance and easy maintenance of a contemporary design, resulting in a truly unique and unforgettable cabin-style timber frame home. Upon approach, you’ll see a steep pitch roof and a covered porch that perfectly protects you from the outdoor elements. When you step inside, you’re greeted with a cozy yet spacious open floor plan, featuring plenty of unique design elements like an upstairs sleeping loft, a wood stove, and a cozy fireplace that’s perfect for enjoying a hot beverage after a day on the slopes.
To really get an idea of how you’ll interact with our cabin-style floor plans, we use 3D modeling software that allows you to visualize your home’s layout, make real-time edits, and fly through the finished product. Take, for example, this fly-through of the PoplarPeak plan. Inside, you’ll notice soaring ceilings and an abundance of windows which is a hallmark of our timber frame cabin series. All Woodhouse designs are as flexible as the needs of the homeowner. **All square footage amounts listed are shown as “Gross Livable Square Footage.” “Gross Livable Square Feet” is defined as the combined floor area of all levels for the building structure, encompassing the perimeter of the exterior wall line, but not including space under a 5’0″ height line, typically occurring at the second floor where roof lines intersect with floor lines. Any lower levels (basements), connectors, or garage areas are not included in our package price, but framing materials are available at an additional cost.
