Lori Wagner
Woodhouse Senior Home Designer
When she was a high school senior, Lori Wagner had a hole to fill in her class schedule. Her dad suggested a drafting class and she was hooked. As of 2022, she has been designing for 32 years.
From Lori’s perspective, being with Woodhouse feels like it was fate. After taking a break from work, she decided to research some jobs to fund her daughter’s class trip to Spain. After looking into a couple of timber frame companies, she found Woodhouse and was impressed.
“Lucky for me they (Woodhouse) were looking for someone!” Lori exclaims. “That was in 2012.”
Design Favorites
Lori has a distinct favorite when it comes to Woodhouse timber frame home plans and designs. She loves the RockyView for its ability to prove how spacious a compact floor plan can be.
“I’ve always had a passion for small homes and this one is amazing,” Lori says. “We recently did an overhaul of RockyView and I was super excited with the results.”
Client Advice
Lori wants clients to understand that good design takes time. She also enjoys it when a client wants something completely different. For instance, right now she’s working on an English Tudor design.
