Located about 10 miles south of where route 15 enters Pennsylvania from New York, the Tioga County Welcome Center provides visitors with a comfortable rest stop and information about the local area.  The timber-framed Welcome Center was constructed in 2002 and is a beautiful space for travelers to receive assistance or just fresh coffee from their friendly staff.
