With brick siding, precast concrete window/door trim, and slate roof, it captures the essence of timeless architecture. An optional garage/lower level offers endless options for versatile living. The main floor features an upscale primary suite with a coffered ceiling, and each additional bedroom is equipped with its own exclusive bathroom.

Dark stained timbers and an octagonal stair tower add sophistication, while arched casement windows, arched doors, and oval accents contribute to the classic European charm. The covered formal entry, timber-covered fireplace porch, and octagonal-covered dining area provide elegant outdoor spaces. Curved metal deck railings add a modern touch.
