Meet the Woodhouse Design Team

Get to know the creative powerhouse behind our high-performance design process and celebrated timber frame homes.

Building a home is a significant investment of time, energy, and money. It’s true that a timber frame home can provide exactly what you want in a house, but only a timber frame company with an excellent design process can ensure your ideal timber frame plan reaches its full potential.

Meet the people who are creating the homes our customers have been dreaming about for years.

Ron Castle

Woodhouse Senior Home Designer

A self-described history buff, Ron Castle always loved historical architecture, especially medieval churches and castles, which have timber-framed roof structures.

Dedicated to staying in Northeast Pennsylvania, Ron applied to Woodhouse in 1999 after he attained his degree in architectural technologies. He’s been here ever since. Learn more about Ron here.

Antonio Acevedo

Woodhouse Design Graphics Manager

Every one of our clients gets a  photorealistic 3D video fly-through of their custom home allowing them to experience the space even before construction begins. Antonio Acevedo helms these efforts and, as such, holds an important position in the design process. Learn more about Antonio here.

Diana Allen

Woodhouse Architect

If you find yourself swooning over our timber frame home plans, Diana Allen is responsible. Her proficiencies run deep. Accredited by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), she is licensed to work in any state. As a result, she brings knowledge and perspective that is broader and stronger than architects who are accredited in only one or two states. Her vast array of timber home designs captures beloved genres from across the country. Learn more about Diana here.

Brandon Crumb

Woodhouse Senior Home Designer

Brandon Crumb originally got his degree in forestry, but never really found anything to do with it. He did, however, remember a class he took in high school.

“We went through and designed a house from scratch,” Brandon recalls. “I had a blast doing it and my teacher was awesome.”

That memory inspired him to return to college for his architectural degree. When he heard about an opening at Woodhouse, he applied and began working the week after graduation. That was in May 2005. Learn more about what Brandon has been up to since.

Lori Wagner

Woodhouse Senior Home Designer
